exp when in loading screen

I noticed when i go through a loading screen, from entering game or when port to other places, i gained experience from other players kills.

Was able to chain porting from town in one act to another and keep gaining experience for some time.

Might be use full for hardcore leveling.

I have also been able to gain the Massacre and mighty blows from characters while just being in town. It even gave me the notifications. First time it happed and maybe the second too I had just DC'd while we were fighting and then I came back because I was still in the party. Pretty funny to log on and then suddenly get "Massacre! 20 Kills! +28,736 Exp!"

Edit: Muwahaha now this will get patched even though it has probably always been there.

Were you're other party members inside a rift at the time?

i was able to get the khazra den xp exploit to work once while in a loading screen (while joining/loading screen), but i tried it again 10x with no luck, it must be a small window to do it and not the entire loading screen.

Yes they where.

for me load screen are from 2-4secs and it seemed to extend up to another 5-6 seconds after. I received rift guardian kill exp and bounty finish exp after loading screen on separate occasions.

If you have gladiator gloves you also get the gold proc from the massacres while in town. Are there any other 'on massacre' leg procs?

There the Golden Gorget of Leoric that summon skeletons after massacre bonus but that's not gonna help in town

I had it happen to me once. I don't know if it extends to the 2nd level of a rift, but i got exp while sitting in town leveling my WD while my clanmates did a rift.

I noticed it happens sometimes, but I don't know when.
Eventually, I think you can get the loot when it happens, as if you were in the game.
So, anyone knows out to reproduce this?
I think it happened sometimes when playing in a rift, and TPing. But there must be something special to do.
