it is but its really slow. which i suppose doesnt matter if everyone is afk. just the risks of you dying are higher and less dps to kill stuff so you need to be in a good group.

Yes it is.
I power level my friend from 56 to 70 while afk on about 1-1:30 hours I think.
It's not very good exp for this, but since I was afk, and he was giving xp/drop bonus it was allrite

Yes they do, though it's rarer than the blue or yellows items. I've had mine running about 6 or so hours and have about a little over a dozen whites.
