When auto-Legendary kicks in to guarantee your drops, don't pick them up...

I just tested this:

If my leg/hr <0,8 after 5-6 hours playing, and a leg drops for me, i port to kadala and buy for 500 Shards, i get 2-3 legs. I tested it 5 times:

1. - 3 Legs from Kadala
2. - 2 Legs
3. - 0 Legs
4. - 2 Legs
5. - 2 Legs

after that, mostly 0 Leg drops for the next 2-3 Hours

Maybe all Rng, we dont know

Got a high DPS Crusader.. I am able to one shot more or less EVERY Mob @ T3 with 1 hit.
I get something like 0,8 LPH on T3 .. on T1 I get a lot more legendarys (4-5/hour) and I really don't know why. Maybe it does help, maybe it is just RNG .. but did this over 24 h.. with T3 AND T1 and I get constant high results. It CAN'T BE THE KILLSPEED.

24 hours? It's RNG. Human beings have evolved to have extremely strong reliance on pattern identification. It's helped us survive all the way back when we were cavemen wondering if we should eat that strangely patterned fruit that is actually poisonous. The downside is now we see patterns where none exist.

He has 3 level 70 wizards with pretty good gear, his first wizard's follower's are pretty decked out too.

I don't know about the timer manipulation or what not but the dude definitely does something other than playing normally to acquire what he has.

But why he have 8 diffrent Wizzards. Maybe he is switching his character after 1st leg drops and somehow gets 8 guarated leg drops (on each wizzard) in 2 hours? Someone should try this

I have 1 wizard. I have 3-4 sets of tal rasha, 2-3 sets of vyrs , 1-2 sets of full firebirds and a **** ton of chandoos offhands and weapons, close to 10 of each. NO BOTTING AT ALL. NO EXPLOITS. NO CHEATING. This guy is playing you guys for a fool and tricking you. I have 4-5 thunderfuries, 2 lvl 70 witching hours etc and the list goes on. Hes just ****ing with you. No joining rifts just to collect bloodshards. All 100% legit game play. If you play wiht a grp of people. You can just give loot to a friend etc if you dont need it.

Ridiculous that this is even being considered in light of the fact that the last few weeks have ALL BEEN ABOUT AFK FARMING (Great Weapon, Hive, Demonic Prisoner). We have substantial information to draw upon. If this were even remotely true, you'd see people with increasingly high number of legendaries, not the common "0.5" or ".75" legendaries per hour that's been cited over and over again.

farmed hive on t5 for 3 days. got almost exactly 0.5 lph. then i farmed it 2 days on t3 ( died 2 times .. ) and i went 1 lph. I wasn't oneshotting on t5, but the same test was true in demonic prisoner event where i WAS oneshotting mobs.
Than again i'm one of the unlucky guys who went 19 hours without a leg.

If you ask me, this uber lucky guy was running since day 1 "the weapon" on normal diff to not gain too much xp....or maybe some other trick to not gain too much xp..

Saw this happen, too. Whether this works or not, it's definitely not just a flat distribution rng at works here. It's just way too odd getting multiple drops at the same time after not getting any for hours. Since this happens to a lot of people it's just way unlikely that these extra drops are just a result of a flat rng (though I cannot do the math to proove this without any data).

I'll definitely be trying it, eventhough my drops have been pretty reliable as of late. :/

Well if you did this for 24h it sounds to me like it is still very likely to just be a result of the rng. That's not enough data to make such assumptions imho.
