    If there are only 3-5 chests that spawn in the area and the majority of the legendaries are earned from chests then you will be better off doing chest runs on Path of War in Act 5 Quest 6.2: Siege Runs. That area spawns 3-5 chests and has practically 0 enemy mobs so you can do it without any good gear.
