Talk to your templer. keep talking to him till he gives you a quest. accept the quest.
takes you to a room there there is about 15-20 armour racks and weapon racks. dont complete the quest. or you cannot do it again.

Rinse and repeat. takes 20 secs a run.

you can run this or T6 and no mobs at all.

I feel like the low drop rate on the legendary crafting material makes farming whites useless. I make sure to always have 1-2 pieces of every armor type in my stash, just in case i want to craft a piece. But as far as reusable parts, there's almost no use for the damn things since they are only used for the 4-6 prop rare crafted items. Might as well just kill monsters if you want yellows, at least legendary and set items can drop.

Don't bother. Already tried it with ~10 runs. The templar's area never drops enough whites to have the goblin drop a rare/legendary, even if you hit every box/weapon rack.

You can roll puzzle rings with minimal of 12 and max 16 items required. Puzzle Ring - Game Guide - Diablo III

- puzzle ring proc is N+1. Ie if you have displayed "12 items" in your ring, he will drop when you get 13 whites.

I tried 2 hours of kormac quest farming, in T6, with 150% MF. Got around 2 legendaries / hour. Not that good.
