A friend of mine is still doing this currently. He is getitng approx 3-6 legs an hour on average with another friend, T3 no barbs US.

I've had quite a bit of experience with this boss, I've got several legendaries from both the chest and the boss, I've not once failed to have him spawned in the several hundred runs I've done, was doing him on torment 5, switched to 3 after people said on this thread it was better (no noteable difference from my perspective). I'm using Archon, standing near the door and blowing the door up the instant I run into the room. There are places you can stand and do nothing which will stop the boss from spawning altogether. I've remedied this by hitting the door open to spawn the boss earlier.

I'm on EU, not sure if this is the reason for Manglemaw not spawning , I can only speculate the lack of spawning is a US issue?

Edit: Just got a legendary off the boss 2 mins ago, this isn't hotfixed as people are claiming

From what I've noticed, if you're running with firewalkers or some skill that constantly does dmg and the doors break as you're going up, the thing won't spawn. Whoever is having problems with the thing not spawning, just try removing the source of constant dmg.

The only thing hes been dropping for me now is the human cartilage crafting material, before he dropped me some legs but recently nothing....

Really? must be RNG lol...I also play on US. I got 2 legs again on my 30 min run...
