Extra movement speed

Tested on Intel Core i7 + Asus p6t-se motherboard. with ASUS EPU-6 Engine OC soft.


- Have an overclocking software that can do the OC while on windows. (I mean on OC soft that don't require you to reboot when you change values)
- Add some extra % to you CPU freq (maybe 10-15%).
- Enjoy extra speed.


I am using ASUS EPU-6 Engine to OC my comp. It may or may not work with all OC software. To test if it work for you, simply follow those step :

- Find 2 points in game far enought (about 15 sec travelling time).
- Go from point A to point B with your char and measure the time it took you.
- Apply your overclocking profile
- Rego to point A, then go form A to B and measure the time it took you.


Note : Dont puch OC limit of your soft to max unless you know what you are doing...

Is the oc program considered hack by the warden? Because i think there is a big risk of ban using this

It's should not. Most motherboard include theu own OC programs nowadays. Blizzard better fix their game for this than banning people.

Overlook CPU for movement speed? First time heard of it.
I overlook my CPU 20-30% always but don't see the increase in movement speed..

If u use any speed hack like cheat engine for example, monsters are fasters too and the char stuck, didnt test with cpu trick, anyone tested ?

I know NOTHING about over clocking!!! But I just got a new PC, and wanted to try it out. So I overclocked my PC, with AMD OverDrive, and it totaly speed any game up! BF 3 WoW and D3. But in diablo 3 it kinda makes it very weird/odd to play. But yeah it speeds it up. Kinda weird. And in BF 3 I feel like im playing with 300-600MS coz i jump back and forward coz you should NOT be able to move like that in BF3

I searched the web and people just say that it should not happen, but it does

What I use. To busy to test. Even if it speeds up monsters, you're technically still killing and playing faster and on equal ground as them. In a game like diablo faster=better

I remember 386 and and blizz faq up with AH time, based on ur win time, so i test it.
Even fact that u r play in the internet serv and sinhronize all u moovement with it, dont stop me.

I up my CPU(AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+) freq from 2613 to 3081 and have no differents than i can chech by my stopwatch.
So, if i can see 8% moovespeed even by my eyes, i want to say It Is Bushit!


UPD. Fun, but i'm been a witness of a miracle IT REALLY WORK
He realy was faster then me in A to B run. It looks for me like teleport several times. And i dont mind it work to mobs speed. He dont start fast server, just run faster then me, and probably then mobs.

And I am still cant do it in WIN7x32 =(
