Looks like the exact description is missing from the first post.
It's A2 last quest, jsut before killing Belial.
It's right next to the circular room with the purple unique. You can see the north east arc of the circular room in the image in post 1.

try to read the the whole thread im sure you will find usefull info since all members contribute their findings. for example, among others, you dont need to wear weapons. happy lvl up

ive made a quick autoit script to right click randomly every 5-15min (im playing DH so i shoot near top left corner of screen), seems to be working now for me atleast, no kicks after 4hrs

try change the values to this:

$rndMin = 1000*60*3
$rndMax = 1000*60*9

this is very hard to get to those stats
