not just you, I found it painstakingly slow from 46-50. @ 50 though you can graduate to hell and get back to that sweet sweet xp. Although hell requires that you hit the mob at least once or twice depending on gear/class

My barb script is run in, ground stomp+ignorepain, over power, then hammer of ancients. I get at least 7 of them each time
Idk about monk though, haven't done Monk in hell yet

Maybe with botting/scripting, but doing it over and over again manually should not get you banned at all. Its just clever use of game mechanics, they made the meteor do damage to mobs.

You move to NM at 25. Pretty fast for me until I got to around 42 and I do about 3.5 runs per min as a DH

Is this fixed? Tried it for the first time in hell mode and the bomb kills none of the monsters. The small ones are left with about 10% health, the big ones with even more.

That's normal. You have to finish the mobs off in hell.
