Got a wizard from 1-60 in 10 hours while AFK using autohotkey (obviously I had to log in and get friends to clear Diablo on N/NM for me)

-Buy full XP gear and socketed XP helm, I used int/vit/xp rares and upgraded at 10, 25, 50 (same time as when I had to up difficulty)
-Script needs to unstuck itself. I had mine use pixel searching to find buttons, and then hit escape if it couldn't find anything to click for 20 seconds
-Dying is pretty unavoidable - often you will run into an XP shrine or elite pack that will significantly move your position, can code around this however
-You will need to code it to use some basic abilities in Hell, and it helps in NM (I used ice armor > diamond skin -> frost nova -> delay -> blizzard -> delay -> meteor).
-The macro will need to leave the area to exit game instantly or mobs will run into you and kill you (can't do hell if your gear is broken)

I figured dying was inevitable and that this would be pretty much useless once all your gear breaks, so I just bought indestructible gear that still gives +exp (except for amulet and two rings) and I've been going strong for almost 3 hours now, whereas before I'd die pretty often and have my gear break then not gain exp at all when I'm dead. The gear was relatively cheap, I probably bought my entire set for 20k (level 30 or something like that.)

Works great for me, I changed the timers a bit. However, do you find that when you cyclon strike, some of the mobs don't get killed?

At Higher Levels i had

1. Fire Allie (Clone)
2. Cyclone Strike with more Range
3. Blinded Light with chance that enemies attack each other
4. Sanctury Ground with more dmg

On Right Click Heal with more timer only on Hell there aren often only 6-8 Mobs strikes but with the Metoeor Dot and Fire Allie the mobs going down before u leave most of the time.

Monk ~10h from 0-60 with overnight running because of sleep :P

Posting the script I wrote for 1920x1080 (autohotkey), based on some other script some guy posted earlier. Handles random msg boxes and getting stuck in the wrong screen etc, uses pixel searching and such to avoid lagging and getting stuck. Not providing any technical support but you may want to look at how abilities are handled (it will pause and try to cast abilities left mouse/right mouse with a delay between each - assuming there is a cast time)

Anyone got a good one for barbs @ 1440x900? Tried modifying the AHK one posted near the start of the threat but tbh I have no idea what im doing and the barb is always facing the wrong way to attack etc.
