madcow is absolutely awsome. as long as sqlite is installed ( which is needed for any mooege )
just updated wetwlly again automatically. for basic item drops and stuff.

i suggest downloading ALL the links above. copy them to your diablo3\data_d3\mpqs and diablo3\data_d3\MPQs\BASE folder as needed

then get madcow. and set yer diablo3 folder. and say copy MPQ's

should be all good then.

Revised for - Release mooege-2770d34 - Patch 11

made it easyier for you guys

Step 1:
Diablo 3 Downloader, download beta & let it fully download. THEN! Start up Diablo 3 Normally & See if it loads & make sure it doesnt need to Auto patch more upon D3 Start up.

Download LINK of the BETA! (No virus, NOT FAKE!) - Diablo Discussion and Community Forums - DiabloFans.com

Step 2:
Make a shortcut of Diablo III.exe in your Diablo 3 Beta Folder. MAKE SURE YOU RIGHT CLICK YOUR SHORTCUT AND CLICK PROPERTIES AND ADD -launch -auroraaddress localhost:1345 (( You Can Also put this shortcut on your desktop for easyier access. ))

Should Look like this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III Beta\Diablo III.exe" -launch -auroraaddress localhost:1345

Step 3: Download the latest Release mooege-2770d34 - Patch 11

Madcow is great for Mac Users but i have only found problems on my 4 PC's trying to start the servers even with their direct DL updates deal.

Mooege.org is great thou for most common issues.

Well Back to playing Diablo 3 Beta! What i just found out is when you level your artisan levels the whole blacksmith area etc Progress as well, more great graphics etc appear XD!!

You can maybe add the tip on putting the MPQ folders to somewhere in your C drive and changing the MPQ target to that so that you don't have to move them all the time when new patches come up, or w/e. IDR the entire tip, I just remember hearing about it. Never did it =D

For the SQL problems even if you are on a x64 system, mooege recommands using the X86 SQLite mixed-mode assembly Mooege Compiling, it worked for me.

Yeah the MPQ tips works well, create a MPQ folder in your root drive C: (or other Drive), move all the MPQ files into your new folder c:\MPQ, after that find the file "config.ini" in your mooege folder ...\src\Mooege\bin\Release\config.ini and open it with notepad, look for "MPQRoot=", replace "${Root}/MPQ" with your new folder "c:/MPQ" and that's it.

YES! It worked this time. I used their link for the "uncorrupted" mpq that was corrupted adn replaced it in both the Diablo mpq base and inside of madcow. Used wetwilly repository and its up and running. Finally after a week lol. Thanks for all your help guys! Ill stick around in this thread lol.

Hi, my everything works fine except that when I created my character by launching the game the loading screen and it hangs on very long loading why?

Everything looks fine except my damage doesn't show any number and I still can't level up. I have to relog my char in order to get my actual level show correctly. Any idea?
