This is when you download the MPQ's for the patch files.
Compiling - mooege
Now, for the 2 newest patches, all you have to do, is take the link to ANY of the other patches, and just before it says ".mpq" change the number to the patch you want.
For example, if you want patch 8350:
Copy the link (don't click on it) for the patch 8101, then replace in the URL 8101 with 8350.
I ended up just replacing ALL of my patch MPQ's with the uncorrupted patch files.
ya i downloaded all of them from there. they seem to work nicely. and with using madcow after you download them all put them in the madcow\MPQ folder ( dont forget the base updates go in a BASE folder in there. which should already be made. overwrite the ones in there right now
till u get the server working maybe launch from the server control tab. server only. so you dont have to load diablo everytime
They're not corrupted for anyone else, so I'm going to guess either your internet is wonky, and it's messing them up as you download, or there's something not set right with your mooege. If Megaupload was still up, I'd just upload my entire mooege folder, since mine is working just fine....
Did you put the new, uncorrupted MPQ files into the Diablo 3 beta folder? It might be that you need the clean files in both areas, and they're the old, corrupted ones that are in the D3 folder. I know when I download the MPQ's I replace all the old MPQs with the new ones I had downloaded.
I tried that and replaced in both locations. When i get home im going to redownload the ones that are supposed to be uncorrupted and replace in both and see if it works this time. Currently im at robotics trying to program in an ultrasonic sensor.
If you Think i have Missed something here or would like to recieve credit and have me add something here that would help other's actually solve a issue Please Private Message me or make a quick reply on this thread and have your text Color Teal. Thanks! - DiabloGod

Step 5. What about 83.. forget the last two numbers. You didnt post the link for the newest one and you have the wrong target because it's 11 not 10.
I know you can change the end number for the link address but some people dont.
refresh your page ^.^ Also FYI all the .MPQ files are Un-Downloaded///File not found//Page cannot be loaded so far as ive seen around today.
