From my understanding and others who have had similar errors, and the fact that you have the prerequisites installed

The problem seems to be a MPQ conflict.

If you have not tried yet, you can try these steps
Remove all cache infos (there are some in C:\ProgramData\Blizzard, and C:\ProgramData\Battle.net, afair),

Delete all MPQs files in "Data_D3/PC/MPQs" dir AND in "Updates" dir (d3-0-7841-Win-final.MPQ)

Download and Update to patch 7

Launch D3 and wait a few seconds then exit D3

Then copy the MPQ files from D3 folder to Mooeges Assets/MPQ folder

nope ,

There are 2 folders located in C:\ProgramData. Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders.
As for deleting cache in these 2 folders, just delete all the files in:
C:\ProgramData\Battle.net
C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment

if u can't see "program data" folder , just go in folders settings and tip "show hidden files and folders"

can anybody generous and willing to upload a working: patch 6 working and base file and coredata.mpq and any other necessary files to work things out because up to now even at patch 7 i cant run mooege because of the error in the last patch of the wrong hash. i downloaded it a lot of time and still not working. pls. im already having a hard time can anybody help?

Yes i deleted them two folders and diablo iii beta total did fresh install and went to log in screen.. Then copy files again and still same error Can some one zip and post there mooege folder with maps and all... wonder if there working copy will work on my mechane

re-down loaded it a few times tryed over and over... still not working for me... any ideals on what to do ??

I did have the same error only 2 things I can remember trying that would have been what made it work. First way it could have been is delete entire cache folder, delete in base folder file 7841.mpq and delete file 7931.mpq now also and lastly delete file base-Win.mpq in the MPQs folder. If this does not work the other thing I may have done is this 2 seperate attempts don't do them together try both these attemps seperate. Second attempt was Delete entire cache folder, replace the base-Win.mpq with the one available on the forum, replace the d3-update-base-7841.mpq with the one available on this forum and under the new patch I would find all the 7931.mpq updates within the mpqs folder and delete them I believe there is only 1 left in the base folder. Try this and hope it works for you guys it was frustrating for me but after 12 re downloads I tried something different and it worked not sure if it was that or it just finally downloaded properly. Let me know how you make out

I must be blind.. i did a search... looking and looking on this forum for them files.. and for the life of me, i cant seem to find them

I found trhis site.. but all the mpq are 7841 O.o

Does anyone know what to do when the D3 beta client won't install?

It's always stuck either at "Updating Tools" or running setup files. I've googled the issue and I have tried to delete literally everything (cache files, agent, etc.) but I still cannot get the client to install. As a result, I can't use Mooege.

i just tried like u said m8 ... and i am still getting exactly the same error

i really don't understand why i have this error and why the server finds many errors since new patches ? it was working good before patch 5

Improved melee hit targetting logic and interface.
New targetting helpers in PowerContext and PowerMath.
Refactored payload classes to use base class.
Buffs now can handle payload events.
Added basic hitsounds.
Damage messages for player damage, damage messages changed to broadcast
to all players.
Max stack setting for power buffs.
Reworked buff removing to support recursive add/remove of buffs.
A few reworkings of payload attack/hit logic to fix recursive bugs.

Good to know you got your server running. I knew it had to be a MPQ conflict.

i don't understand "file hashes" . i donwloaded the program but i have always the same checksum of the file and it is not the good one . what i have to do ? help me plz

replace all files in your mooege/assets/assets/mpq/base from the ones you download from post 327. Don't worry about the file hashing... replace the files.. and replace the ones in mooege/assets/assets//mpq too ClientData,CoreData,base-Win
