I placed a custom order (6 pieces akkan) for my Hardcore crusader with Sierra about a week ago, and today they finished it. During the process, they found me ~600 legs. I only kept the good ones behind to take the pictures. My account was literally online everyday, communication is quick, nice, and friendly. This is my first time doing business with Sierra and i am amazed about their work. Highly recommended to anyone, especially Hardcore char. A+

So far the service has been impeccable, my account has been on constantly with very few breaks and the quality of the legendaries is really high. They've farmed really quickly and efficiently. My only issue is they are very difficult to get into contact with and usually take hours to respond on Skype. If you plan on playing your account at 3am GMT or so, then they will not reply and you will not be able to play your character.

Also the "bad" (negative) rep, is a punishment from OC, like with ComicArtBay, it is NOT due to poor service! We also did not actively pursue customers and do not force them to leave positive review as we know it can be an annoyance for some. We are taking this more seriously from now as I know some people care about it but we've serviced a new milestone of 500 CUSTOMERS now!

i have purchased a t6 package off of sierra about 9 days ago and so far all i have to say is that my damage has been greatly reduced but i have my hopes they know what they are doing and that they never seem to reply at the time of you messaging and even at that they take a long time and i have had a hard time to get atleast an hour on my account and when ever i try to log in i am instantly logged out in the matter of 5 seconds

Hi All,

Have to say contact via Skype has been pretty good - bearing in mind the time zone differences

Placed an order that began action 10-days ago, really hoping RNG is a factor in the gear I have received thus far, and my luck changes.

Placed an order for the Torment 6-Pack with a boost from Paragon 127 to 400 (with the secondary toon boosted to T4). Order was placed 6th August, delayed to 8th August by some issues with Blizzard - Sierra was very patient through the process. Boosting began 8th August.

Started at Paragon 127, and choose to boost my Crusader with Holy Shotgun build and gear and was advised would receive as follows:

you will get all akks pieces, RoRG, captain crimson pants + belt, SoJ (holy), and 50%+ CDR for near-permanent akks + fate of the fell, of course

10-days into the boosting atm, have gained 42 Paragon levels (169 currently on Armory, most likely higher than this), but appear to be missing most of the promised items:

• SoJ (holy)
• Crimson Belt
• Crimson Pants
• RoRG
• Fate of the Fell

Looks like I have a lower-end Darklight (2k dmg lightning DPS, socketted), fire dmg bracers, and a fire SoJ atm, hoping we are just having a really bad string of RNG - as I have no interest in playing a Fire Crusader build - just not how I want to play the game. Not too concerned about pants, as I have Akks and Sierra found me a great amulet...

It has been a great experience so far, so fingers crossed I am simply seeing the paragon levelling gear equipped.

Finally bothered to register to give a review.

I only have positive things to say about Sierra and their service. It is top quality.

I have purchased several WoW boosts and other games but none have come close to the level of professionalism Sierra has and their efficiency.

I am utmost impressed and will certainly keep purchasing, just so you know, I've gotten the following out of them:

T6 Witch Doctor - Did it in approximately 5 days
T6 Demon Hunter - Took around 8 days

I have 3 characters "mules" full of Rift Keys alone. I have gained around 400 paragon levels, my gold is up to 680 million, I have more gems than I'd ever need, and Yellow mats/Arcane dust to craft with.

All in all, if you're reading this I'd say go with it, give them a try, you won't regret it.

That's why we farm with fire as can't do holy shotgun without Fate really!
