I bought the "T1 ready package".

They leveled my WD to level 70 and gave it 1m+ dps, enough toughness and all the pet items I really needed. They also communicated fast and without any problems nor delays. The server had an extended maintenance plus disconnect issues and still they delivered way on time.
They did spend quiet a bit of gold on gems but that is no problem. High level gems are always handy.

Ok so here is my review :

I ordered a paragon boosting from 130 to 300. It was done in about two weeks (buy servers blizz kthx) on my mostly crappy geared wizard so the time it took was indeed very short. The customer service is very nice and as they werent able to do the free 1-70 they did 4 more paragon levels (and it is way longer)! so overall geeat service 10/10 would buy again (and will)

Yup I make a question get a yes/no answer then ask another and it's over 12hours for a response, if I am lucky.

I ordered 10b Xp for my DH and they did that fairly quickly and then ordered a T2 Wizard capable and it's been over 8 days now and we thought it'd be done today but it was kind of ironic because we agreed on 7-8M toughness and 800-1M DPS and I am nowhere near to be able to do T2 efficently...overall they do get the job done (speaking for my DH XP) and it's fairly quick + lots of legendaries. I had gotten 29 from 10B xp but not many were upgrades maybe 1 or 2 which is completely off there control but just my review. I hope to leave happy.

Order similar on Wed, on 2 chars. Agreed to 7-8 days completion. No progress so far, they like to blame servers, they been fine since Wed'.
