Its common pattern - he is new here, building reputation for a week and paying with paypal, then people rush to sell him in huge transactions, and he mass chargeback, scam the last ones and ... make another OC account, ready for building reputation again ...

I am sorry for your loses, it seems, we must trust only to the long-time buyers here, indeed!
