A person with a lot of rep can scam yes, but why would they? The best thing a person has on this forum is rep, so if they are willing to sacrifice all their rep to scam someone then it is dumb decision, most wouldn't do it. Rep is most valueable thing to have

A Legendary member can also recover the account. But when you scam on this forum, you get banned.
