I have 2x DB Licenses left, they're lifetime and each hold 3 (soon to be 6) sessions each. There's a few things i will take for these and i'll list them below .

Prices PER License:
- 120M NA Gold (we can use a MM for this as long as they have EXTREME reputation)
- $200 Worth of Riot Point Vouchers (These can be purchased at most 7/11's or supermarkets), it would be 4x$50 cards..

Yes, and theres every chance they are denied the rights to resell again, which will inflate the prices more.

I will discount these to 150M each and $200 each. Same goes for the RP vouchers ($200 worth)

Also, only the people who have previously purchased DB get the double sessions. So really these are double lifetimes.

150Mil is overpriced, you are looking at 100-120M max.

I bought a 3 ses key for 120Mil but I paid extra cause it was a friend and I knew I could trust him, you can easily get them for less from randoms on these forums.
