Why would you charge someone to bot their account to level 60?!
Imho, the only reason to buy powerleveling is if it is done by hand so you don't risk getting banned. If you don't mind the risk anyone can bot it themselves!

This can easily be achieved for free using one of the many available AutoHotkey/AutoIT script and letting it run for a few hours.
