Beware, scammer gold buyer

Beware, I just got hit with a claim dispute - unauthorized payment on PayPal.

Name : Lisa Hodges
Buyer's Email: [email protected]
Amount : $100 divided into 3 payments

I'm 85% sure his battleid is george#1231, character name geo.

Sale was for 3M, transferred successfully and quickly. The next day I received an email from PayPal.

Do beware, and anyone has any tips on how to respond to the dispute on PayPal's resolution center?

You won't win an unauthorized claim dispute. Chances are the paypal account was stolen, as falsely claiming unauthorized payment is a serious offense and no one in their right mind would risk it over $100 (unless of course you're the thief).

I'm worried about the same thing happening to me from one of the members on this site.. Names on skype and paypal don't match up, at all. We'll see how it goes in a couple of days though.

Suggest using Player Auctions. At least they use a legit middleman service and they offer coverage in cases like this. Much safer.

Yep, got scammed by this GEO guy for €120 (gave gold to GEO, lvl 1 monk, no other chars on that acc), chargeback this morning (buyers name was Janice Greenwood on paypal).

He also said his ownedcore username is Lanaganclar http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/memb...naganclar.html

But he also paid me 23€ with another paypal account -> (look at bootom of this post)
He did not chargeback these money yet ... i have -50€ on my acc atm (had 0 € due to think i sent money as a gift to other people)
Now my question is will paypal take money from those people as well? if yes than im screwed ... i would like to kick this guy

Have not gotten chargeback yet but I sold 6mil to this guy. Completely different name on Paypal though so I expect it to go back.
