Questions about botting options

I just got back into D3 after finally getting a computer that can run it. I did some botting in D2, and am looking to get into it in D3 as well. A few questions about bot options...

Are there certain bots that are less likely to be detected than others?

Are there any good free bots? Or are all the viable options pay to use?

As a soon-to-be CM wizard, would any certain bot be better than another?

If there is any good FAQ/guide anywhere that answers any/all of the above, feel free to link me.

wizards are one of the worst classes to bot (if you're gonna item farm) mainly because the gear they need is gonna run you about 10x as much as anyone else to be able to survive act 3 inferno, unless you're just gonna do act 1.

all the good bots cost money, some more then others, and almost all the bots offer protection (i think the only bot with shitty protection has been mimic, people say they're accounts get banned within a week). its basically what you wanna do/how much you wanna pay.

you can use autoit scripts for free if you want but they're not as good as an actual bot.
