I need help setting up a basic Ini for my wizard, my current builds just won't fulfill those needs... only getting 200k/gph which is quite lose compared to other classes? which 4 skills and 2 mouse buttons are used for optimal speed?

My current GF is around 250 with 40 pick up radius and 25% MS just the skills seems to be a little off Much help appreciated, an Ini file would be nice but not necessary!

I'm barbarian, my GF 306%, PUR 48, MS 18%, MS after skill 68%~88% (sprint and wrath of berserker), dps 17k (22k after battle rage, 51k after wrath of berserker)
but why my GPH just has 400k/hr??
