Means it will need to be updated to work.

Mine usually 60% open 40% closed. Its depends. Sometime 50 : 50

This depends on your dps
15 seconds for closed, 29 seconds for open + looting
35 for sell+ stash
i am avging about 50:50 open/closed today, but as you know this is not fixed, seen it as high as 60:40 open and as low as 35:65 closed.
