I can tell you that "disabled" has NOTHING to do with banning/unbanning. I got banned and mine still says disabled.

I had botted overnight (mostly due to have started and then wasn't home till the next morning) and saw that the primary programmer got banned in an update notice..
Stopped my bots, shutdown diablo 3 for the WHOLE day. just getting in from work to have an email saying I was banned..

in my D3debug.txt is says Cheats: Disabled ..and still got banned, even says that after trying to log in after getting the ban

Hold on a minute, you're complaining about being banned because you were botting? It states in the term that no third party programs are allowed for farming? You're complaining about losing your account due to your own accord.

You completely misinterpreted what I had said.

I am complaining about them EXPECTING me to purchase items in the Auction House with my own money.

Thats pretty funny. Game made by such a huge company, years in production and still we ( thx to chancity in that case) somehow owned it by using script that clicks in couple of places .I wont be buying new licence till the day there will be some cool and safe way to bot. Im not hardcore farmer, not making any money out of it and yet having that bot was the only way to enjoy this game a bit. Wake up after a night, find few Ms couple of items (99,9% useless tho ). No need for ridiculous runs that gave me nothing but frustration ( like 200dps sword after killing azmo ). In D1 I never used hacks, bots etc, in D2 maphack only and still got so much fun playing those games. Only fun in D3 was having that script. Played for 400hrs ( about 290+hrs of actual playing ) and never found anything worth my attention. Its not about random drops, its about how retarded Blizz is. Nerfing everything ( drops, barrels, goblins etc ). I bet huge majority of items on rmah and even ah come from blizz employees not from drops.

They are banning due to sarkoth farming mostly, a lot of demonbuddy users got hit as well and most of them for that one farming spot ( not all of them tho ), hopefully those bots will upgrade and i'll farm once again ( or i'll get good offer for buying 200M gold lol )

This script works perfectly !!! I can make a lot of gold/hour now !!! :P
But it just have a problem :s. It don't pick up gems, anyone now how to set up the script for pick up gems ?
