Just wondering if anyone has appealed and successfully gotten their account back. I know it's a slim chance, but still would be interesting to know. I might wait a month or so and see if I can appeal them and trick them somehow lol who knows. If not I will just wait a long time until the game is actually maybe good and then get a new account.

I have placed the ticket, I will post if I get unbanned, but we all know what are the chances :-P

No point ot be careful, I stopped botting when I heard about the US ban-wave, it didn't help.
They have checked your account before so if you did it just once, it is already too late ;-)

You see items on the auction house going for millions. What's the point?
Legendary and set items aren't worth all of that gold. I'm not wasting another dime on another Blizzard game.

i wanted to say thank you for the bot it actually made the game fun i agree with all of the above diablo 3 sucks with out bot and its stupid that they baned all of us cause they were making tons of money too....i will not buy another copy ofc,so now iam really wondering if u guys have something decent to suggest in order to kill time that would be exciting and adictive.If someone can suggest a decent looking game i would apreciate!

Basically for me: I start the bot > it clicks resume game, does the runs perfectly and then after some time (x hours) it will click resume as normal, then just sit there doing nothing, doesn't try to teleport. The only thing it does is check my inventory as usual to see space/gold (can have an empty inventory and it'll still stand doing nothing), mobs will kill her, she will press esc and exit as normal and repeat forever. This means she'll have red gear and die in 1 hit.

I am using version D.3 in 800x600, tried the newer ones but had the pause issue like most people. I know wrong thread but I get zero replies over there and at least some here (who share the same problem). Also, I don't use VMware or anything!

They have very detailed logs, dont waste your time nobody has ever convinced them to give their account back when they were actually botting.

If you want back in simply buy another copy of the game. You can get clean keys for $45 easy enough

Hold on a minute, you're complaining about being banned because you were botting? It states in the term that no third party programs are allowed for farming? You're complaining about losing your account due to your own accord.

I'm trying to run the latest LAWL script but when I run it, it says "check your settings"

What exactly do I need to change to make it work? Because I'm using the old main script and I didn't edit anything it just worked perfect.

Banned couple of minutes ago. Wasnt farming at all last week due to my holiday time. EU account, farming 4-8 hrs per day. Never used RMAH, never sold gold etc. Id like to thanks Chancity for creating that bot because it was fun to play D3 again. If not that bot I'd forget about that game long time ago.

Banned too (EU account) I used the bot only 3-6 hrs per day. Only used normal AH and never RMAH. Looks like they're now banning even the casual botter.

But...WoW and Starcraft Accounts are still active on same Battle.net Account so...bye bye D3

Hey all, found I was banned about 2 hours ago. I was botting almost every day for the past few weeks for between 4-8 hours / day. Came home today to find I was banned after about 12 hours of botting. I made about 50mil gold on my real account and used this to buy better gear for my wiz for higher GF and for being able to complete inferno. I play on EU.

I will probs buy a new account in a week or so, maybe a second account for botting depending on how hard they crack down on this. Condolences to all those who were banned.
Well I'll probs start up Battlefield 3 or look at the steam summer sale for a bit now haha.

i had a deal yesterday in the RMAH... i sold a radiant star emerald for 32€, i was getting 23€, but still processing of course, and my account is banned... will i get the money, or blizzard can sink that without saying a word? cause somebody is payed for that gem for ME, and not for blizzard...

they have done both. Im sure there was a post in here where someone logged off, went and had dinner then came back to find he was banned
