I am having some trouble with it checking for the cellar door pixel.

$Pixel2 = PixelSearch(0,0, Round(600*$x_ratio), Round(600*$y_ratio),0x334FB7,3) ;checks for open

It gets up to here but is never able to find the color. When I tried finding the correct color, using the other "Coordinates and color" script I found that the color kept rapidly changing a number of times a second.

Where exactly is the script checking for the color? I know its in a "600x400 box" from the top left, however I am unsure of which exact location you grabbed the pixel color from.

Make sure you two are running it in fullscreen windowed mode. It checks for that pixel and 3 shade variations of it, which means it has almost 100% accuracy on this cellar door. The only explanation is not highlighting it correctly or running fullscreen

can u make a screenshot of an email and what they said ?
also maybe u used other bots? like immortal bot or some hacks or illicit exploits
and were u running exe files or au3 files?

False alarm, i got error 12, and it says i dont have diablo on my account, i thought i would let you guys know before i properly read up on the forums just to give you some extra warning , but after reading it seems like its just an error that many people have been getting since release. Nevermind, have fun botting
