There were maphack projects back in time of D2 LoD: BH, Sting, C3PO, and some others too. Can I find here developers still remember those projects? Any contact info would be great (email, discord, anything). Thx in advance.

You can try searching forums, archive sites, or source code Level Devil - NOT A Troll Game repositories from that era (if they still exist). However, there's a good chance the contact information is out of date.
