    This is the new star wars the old republic cinematic released at E3 in case you missed it!

    Protected by the legendary Jedi Order, the Galactic Republic stood as a bastion of peace in the galaxy for a thousand generations. Several centuries ago, the greatest threat the galaxy has ever known emerged in the form of the dark Sith Empire. After a volatile war, the Republic emerged victorious and the Sith were assumed to be extinct. Nonetheless, the Jedi have maintained a constant vigil over the ancient Sith homeworld, to protect the galaxy from the darkness that still resides in the planet’s tombs.


    Many other things were released at E3, and it was also confirmed that the release date will be sometime this year (2011)!

      it was confirmed awhile ago it would be released this fiscal year. that does not mean definitively that it will be a '11 releases as EA's fiscal year runs until april '12. Unless that's what you meant i don't see any source for it having a confirmed physical year release of '11.

      At g4 interview they asked about release date and the dev answered 2011 as in 2011 this year not fiscal year.
