Greeting MMOwned readers, today I will be discussing the benefits of donating to our very own Minecraft Server! If you haven't checked it out already, the IP is 46.37.184.250 and the server accepts both legitimate and cracked clients.

For the sum of £10 (GBP) a month, this is what features you will receive as a thanks. I have created a short video summarizing the main features in action, with more detailed information after.

Super Snowball
With this snowball at your fingertips, never again shall you be void of an icy paradise! The Super Snowball allows you to create snow on the ground by punching the ground with a snowball held, or by throwing it. The Snowball can also create ice by punching or throwing. With donating, you can also create snowballs without the need of a spade; useful if you don't want to waste those precious diamonds. As a final bonus, snowballs now deal 0.5 hearts of damage when hitting enemies, making your playful snowball a good tool for nudging players around.

Compass
Your compass is now a tool for quickly and efficiently moving around the world with great ease. Anywhere within ~80 blocks of your position can be teleported to, as long as it has sufficient space for you to be standing in. It can even teleport upwards through rocks, great if you want to escape a mineshaft quickly filling with lava!

Heal
A very straightforward command, open up the chat and type either "/heal" or "!heal" to replenish your hearts to full. Using this will greatly improve your chances of survival in desperate situations.

The Nether
The Nether is another world for Donors only. Its steep cliffs and oceans of lava, combined with being inhabited by Ghasts and Zombie Pigmen make this place a challenge to survive in. The rewards, however, are worth it. Netherrack (A block that will stay lit forever, and can be lit by electricity), Soul sand (A block which slows people and creatures that walk over it) and Glowstone (A block which provides a light source, making ceilings possible to be lit) can all only be found exclusively in the Nether. Mushrooms have lots more ideal places to grow inside the Nether too, so are found rather abundantly.

Back
It's late. You're tired after hours of mining for rare and precious metals. You're on your way home when suddenly a spider jumps out behind you! Being half asleep and unprepared, you are slain by the giant eight-legged freak. All of your posessions are now miles away from your home and you're too tired and disheartened to retrive them. With the Back command, this is a thing of the past. Back allows you to return to your point of death (or point of last teleportation if you haven't died!) instantly. To use this command, open up the chat and type either "/back" or "!back" to be warped to your last point of teleportation instantly.

Chicken Cannon
With this powerful tool, all you need is a feather! This cannon fires an exploding chicken where you point, creating a small explosion that destroys snow, dirt, glass, sand, gravel and people

. Be warned however, if you launch it too quickly, one chicken might crash into another by your face, making you two explosions hurting you!

Teleport
This is not in the video, but is available to donators. This allows you to teleport to anyone online, from anywhere in the map. To use this, open up chat and type "/tp <name>" or "!tp <name>".

Many of you ask, is it worth it? I interviewed an active donator on the server, Terrorblade, about the features and this is what he had to say.

Facerolling: So, I guess we should begin, with where you began!

When did you first start playing Minecraft, what attracted you to the game?

Terrorblade: I started about a month ago. Many things attracted me, but the main thing was being able to build things to my imagination.

Facerolling: It seems like the ability to build anything generates alot of players. What attracts you to the MMOwned Minecraft server compared to other servers?

Terrorblade: The MMOwned Minecraft Server is the only server I have played on, what keeps me here is the friendly people and the features it offers like land protection and chest protection to mention a few.

Facerolling: How long have you been a donator the the MC server? What is your opinion on the current donor features?

Terrorblade: I've been a donator on the server for about 3 weeks and I think that the current donor features are great because there is a chicken cannon which can destroy weak blocks making removing dirt, gravel ect. easier, the "super" snowball can be used to turn water into ice allowing you to build things with ice if your careful and teleporting to players allows very fast travel to visit people's homes. There are more but i don't want to make this a wall of text.

Facerolling: What is your favourite donor feature and why?

Terrorblade: My favorite feature would have to be being able to teleport by left clicking with a compass because it is a fast method of travel and can be used to escape some nasty situations like being trapped underwater or getting burnt by lava

Facerolling: If you could add another feature or mod to donators, what would it be and why?

Terrorblade: If I could add another feature for donators it would to be able to be able to have instant mining with a pickaxe because things like redstone and obsidian take an obscene amount of time to mine.

Facerolling: A Final note, we know that weather is being added in Patch 1.5. What do you think of this change? Do you think you will find alot of random pixels flying around on your screen annoying?

Terrorblade: I would find it bearable if there is a setting to either turn it off or minimize the amount of pixels flying around my screen from it.
