I made a faulty game issue ticket to get a call back and had a CS Supervisor available within 30 minutes. I was not able to get them to reverse the ban. I have a friend that is a GM who's recommendation was to say that someone else (Like your brother) was using the account. I was unsuccessful and will be opening tickets on the daily to try to get my account ban reversed. I urge everyone who's account was banned to do the same. If nothing else, Clog up the que's and make them spend some money on OT.

    1: US
    2: PQR, PQI
3: 72 hour, on both accounts
    4: PC
5: I've only used PQR for PvE and I've been using PQR since the beginning of MoP with no problems then blam! hit with a ban on both my accounts. I guess I'm lucky and only got a slap on the wrist because I'd be pissed off if my main account, that I've had active since BC, got permabanned. Also, my girlfriend also got 72 hour ban as well but she only uses PQR occasionally, and has not used it in about 2 months. So I'm not sure how it was detected.

What a sad, sad, day for me. Cause PQR helped out immensely as a raid leader.

5: I did use PQR for a whole Pandaria datadisk. I tought i will get 72h ban instead of perma since it was my first problem with blizzard. Nvm, **** them. PQR was only a way for me to play stupid PvE.

    2: PQR/PQI and HB
    3. Perma on 4 accounts 72hrs on 1 Account
    4. PC
5: Using PQR since Cata on all 5 accounts. Use honorbuddy on 3 accounts (All perma banned). The Account with 72hr I only used PQR/PQI and only in PVE (LFR and Timeless Isle) never PvP on that account. Doubt this ban wave is IP related and cant be detecting PQI as my wow folder has PQI installed and I play all accounts with PQI installed yet 4 accounts perma banned and 1 only got 72hrs. I am a recurring subscriber every 3months on credit card if that means anything.

I was not aware that PQR even worked on a Mac. I assumed there were no Mac bans cause they didn't have access to PQR, not without a sandbox at least.

I don't get it... I mean I been botting (tyrael) for ages now and not been banned (thank the heavens).. but if I get this right it's the PQR bot that caused the trouble... how can they detect this ?? Unless the bot is "to perfect" .. but why write a "perfect bot" to begin with ? Noone is perfect... a bot should rotate and change rotations a little here and there, introduce some irandom input lag, use different timings etc...

I was under the impression after so many years of bot development this was long known by now... and it makes me feel uneasy to continue using Tyrael... anyone knows if that bot also does "perfect rotations" ?
