You download it and extract it with 7zip to World of Warcraft\_classic_era_\Interface\AddOns

I have only used curseforge so not manually no. i might have written my question poorly, i have restedxp downloaded and up but i am trying to get the free version that you have linked here (https://www.ownedcore.com/forums/wow...sic-wrath.html) to work

Well if people have not installed it before, then there is nothing to delete in the saved variables.

If they have, then they do need to delete it.
But seeing you have no said if you have used it before, I was assuming it is the first time you have used it.

thanks for the quick reply and the work you are doing! i used winrar instead of 7zip and it seems to be working now.

7zip is free, so I give that as an option
Winrar is not free, but I have used it for over 20 years.

Can't seem to get guides for restedxp past 20, in the files that the link contains for vanilla, there is only 1-20

Yea and you know what happens when people only have 1-20?
They do not fully extract it and then come to where they got it from and complain and blame the file

When they intentionally do not extract it fully and then blame the file for it.

You know why it does not fully extract?

People use old software on new files.
People use zip only software that does not extract Rar
People use the wrong software that does not extract rar

People take the file say nothing, and do not fully extract it and the first thing they say is. Them bitching that it does not work, because they intentionally did not install it right.
@densjovecomputer install it fully like on Windows with the free latest 7zip or paid winrar and then say what the problem is. As you know if it works after you fully extracted it, shows the person was at fault all the time and that person said no thanks but complained that they could not even install a file correctly.

I take it back, i just humiliated myself, and it all works, sorry for this, and please forgive me

I use winrar s newest version to extract it, and i work with software on a daily basis, so i think i know how to extract the file. Can i get you to upload it again with all the profiles by any chance?

Then how are you not able to install the file? Seems like you took the file, said nothing, not installed fully and then blame the file.

Delete the addon
Delete the addon files for it in the WTF folder
Extract it fully with the latest 7zip and it will be full.

So you want me to upload the exact same file that is there. That is fully working for everyone else.

Seems everyone else has it full except you and what does that say?
