They make a changelog and I add it to the first post.
But their changelog is not full.
Then again, they not fixed issues in classic 1-60 in 2 months for issues they know are there.

Attachment doesn't contain anything for WotLK or even TBC. this is just 1-60 stuff for both versions. Nothing for 60-70 or 70-80.

Seems every single time people complain it does not show 1-80

A few reasons

They did not delete the saved variable before installing.
They did not extract it fully, like with the latest 7zip.

Then they come back and make a comment, claiming the addon is not full.

When it is for everyone else and the one installed it caused the problem.

Long story short, did you extract it fully. No
Instead makes a comment it is not full. When you did not even install it fully.

Question for users of the addon: Does it sometimes skip a lot of steps? I¨ve just turned on the 34-38 lvl guide and it skipped to step n. 70 (all of the stranglethorn vale) and sent me right to dustwallow marsh.. I dont think there will be enough qs to lvl me from 34 to 38.

Not sure, seeing it has a lot of bugs in it and they are fixing it. This is why I use Zygor, this does not happen.

Leveling from 1-70 on Alliance side I didn't experience bugs like this - sometimes it skips steps which has "Skip this if you're above X level" automatically, but that is the 1.5 XP slider at work - if you disable that it should work fine. If it is not that, I do not know what it is nor have I experienced it.
