[Question] Wall Jumping Macro

Even if I have to turn off the lua or something, I'd still like to know if it is possible to have a wall jumping macro. It seems far simpler to use one than attempt and fail several times, and eventually get a jump say in WSG or something. I found a /dump code from 08/09 but it does not work. I'm just asking if it is possible in anyway, shape or form to somehow get a macro like this to work, be it via exploiting or cheating.
