In World of Warcraft, will lua unlockers definitely get banned?
If not, what are the ways to avoid being banned?
If yes, what are the reasons?

I don't have a deep understanding of lua unlockers, and if someone can give me some guidance, I would be very grateful.

i want you to sit down and have a very real conversation with yourself. ask yourself some very important questions right now. i'll help get you started:
1) if there weren't regular ban waves, why wouldn't everyone be totally comfortable using and advertising their unlockers 100% of the time? why wouldnt 90% of the players be using rotations and bots with an unlocker if it's as simple as the monthly fee? did you come to the conclusion i'm hoping you did?

2) "why am i incapable of reading posts/threads made by others asking the same question on a regular basis dating back to the very creation of the first wave of lua unlockers?" should be your next question. there are quite literally so many posts and threads spanning over an entire decade. over 10 years worth of the questions you're asking being answered.

3) do you really believe that some russian kids writing up WoW exploits are really going to fully, totally, completely defeat the anticheat of a multi-billion dollar gaming studio permanently? Or no, does that sound silly?

Tinkr and NN have historically had a pretty good uptime, and so did most of the unlockers before the recent updates, so I'd say you're the one sounding silly. Not to mention other non public Chinese unlockers that people are running farms with thousands of bots with. MS/Blizzard are cooked. You can't half ass your way against competent hackers.
