Totally new to this and so starting with some easy race to race changes.

Everything worked as per this guide except the hair.

I changed a male draenei to a Tauren Male and there is no hair texture at all. Everthing else seems to have converted fine.

I can't seem to find a fix anywhere in here and haven't been abe to figure out what i did wrong.

any advice?

ok so far I have done everything fine, up untill the point of logging in..

As I open the WoWme.exe and get to the login screen, I hit f8 and then as logging in press shift+7 but it ust loggs in to my normal NE and nothing changes..

i have num lock on all the time during this.. ive also tried it without but nothing...

I tried to change my NE male to a BE Female I just adapted your guide to those classes.

Hmm I have a problem. When I do the batch conversion, only half of the file names get changed, I still have DRAENEIFEMALEFACEUPPER06_10.BLP unchanged and when I try to manually change it, it reverts right back.

Any idea what's causing this?

Hey,

First of all thanks for spendingyour time on making such a great guide,really appreciated.

I've got some problems right at the begining,maybe someone has a solution for that.
So i open MWS,open the the Common file from the wow data folder and then i should be able to see a bunch of folders..Unfortunetly i see none.

I don't think i'm doing something wrong there since i double checked everything,seems i just can't see the files.Anyone got a solution for that?

Nice guide. I just have one problem. I've done everything as you've posted but when I'm opening the new .txt I don't get +character or anything, why so?

I used this way to model edit, and it mostly worked, but now I see all s4 2h maces as a small white and blue cube, any idea how to fix this?
