My character is bald, and I wonder. If I can't see the hair after following the guide just because I haven't specified a haircolor! (omg invisible hair! :O) Anyone got a clue how to color and recolor my hair? *swings head in slowmotion*

I had the same problem when I was experimenting with my own hair.

What I think you've done wrong is you changed the number in the "Section" column instead of "Geoset".

Try going over the guide again.

Nono I'm sure I have done it right, changed hairstyle on my other chars.. but I just can't manage to change it on my bald characters, and I wonder whyss

Ah, now I get it.

You want to give a normally bald char hair, right?

Well all you need to do additionally is change the last column in CharHairGeosets.dbc (flags) from a 1 to 0.

I'm sorry for being such a dumb ass So I took this print of what I have done!

The line in the red box is my characters line, and i have filled in what values originally there and what I have changed them too!

Change field 3 back to 0 and it should work .

should i just name the patch patch-(3 to 9 or A-Z) or patch-(A-Z) or vice versa?

I have no idea how "vice versa" applies here but just name it patch-x, where x is any number between 3 and 9 or any letter of the alphabet.

I get an error that says there's a corrupt file whenever I launch WoW.
