Don't know if you guys have tried this yet but running wow through wow.exe and not the launcher got it working for me. I was having the same issue with it showing the character I was on but not doing anything when I tried to enter the morph id but now it works fine.

This actually made my MorphME say: Morph Successful! Still doesn't change the looks of my character though. Feels like it should work at this point :P. Also it seems to be working on enGB because thats the client my friend is using and its working on his computer.

I can't seem to find a DBC editor that will open the file for me, but I found this list here. The race/genders in your ReadMe.txt file seem to agree with the ones here, so the additional ones are likely right. I'll test some when I see the 4.1 morphing tool up, and continue my search for night elf female (based on the male then female ordering, it should likely be 20319 but I'll confirm that when I can).
