[YiasTool] Continent Creator

Hello everybody!

While developing on the new version of YiasDX ive noticed that i have already made a lot of very useful tools that will be released within YiasDX when its finished. As this may still take a lot of time and i made the whole concept pretty modular ive decided to release some of the features already yet as standalone tools with they're own GUI.

The first tool that will be released is the continent creator. I think its pretty obvious what it does: It creates a new continent. This includes the Map.dbc, AreaTable.dbc (optional), a WDT for the continent and a set of plain ADTs.

There is some more stuff planned on this but that will come later on!

I hope you have fun with it and please report any errors that occur! So far ive just tested it on my machine where it worked!

@herbalism: I guess the old noggit versions just dont look in the DBC, i think it has the contintents in there fixed.
