Hey, ever since 4.0.3, I haven't been able to swap any item models. The only items that appear in the "Cache" Window are random miscellaneous items like "Ironforge Banner", "Cheery Cherry Pie", and a bunch of Stormpike Insignias. I have no idea how to load the actual items in my cache to the Model Swapper. Please help glitchy, I hold WoW's aesthetic values very highly.

Depends on where the items are and how hard it will be to get to them :P
It would really be a shame if Blizz doesn't make them easier to get to in Cata, this App is just so good, and it makes the game more enjoyable
Or Blizz should come out with some mechanic like this but legit for RP or just if you don't like the look of some gear

appareance tab ...have been discused for YeARS........yet blizz still....bleh in eq2 works , in lotro works...in other games u can customize your gear.... but "the most sucesfull MMORPG" in the history can make a simple "appareance tab" ............because??????????? who ****ing know

I Have a BIG problem, i downloaded the latest version of the swapper, i loaded the programm with the itemlist etc, now i have in the chache item list nothing of my items, that means i need to load the WDB folder right? I did it so many times, restarted the programm, but nothing happens.
I uses the old swapper, who i should load the itemcache.wdb but, since the latest patches, there is no itemchacge.wdb, can someone explain me how i can change my items now?
I loaded the chache folder but nothing happens....

I am using the enUS client ive deleted my cache folder and even tried it again and im still getting this.

I know I may be a bit hectic and a little dumb, but if you have STEAM, can this get you Vac-banned?

I just happened to put it in my STEAM folder cause other folders wouldn't work. Loaded it up, worked.

I don't feel like it could, any confirmation?

I noticed more items have been added to the cache though after recent patches and/or updates instead of just Purified Moonwell Water, which seems like a decent sign that this is fixable, although at what point and time it will be fixed, I am unsure.

Urm.. First of, WoW has nothing to do with Steam and Steam related games.

Also, this program is not a hack per say, and even if you put it in your WoW-folder, this program will not get you banned. Also, they will not ban you unless you exploit the game and modelchange the gates of battlegrounds away and things like that.
