[Guide] Video Guide for Character to creature editing

Hello,
Id thought id kinda contribute something here, I know there is a couple guides on this, but I made one in a video format.
I originally made the video to help one of my Buddies out cuz there kinda illiterate so id thought id help them out by making a video to show them step by step.

Id think in a video it will give a more better outlook on the process then pictures so please dont flame me or anything, I already had the vid made and thought id share it here.

followed it step by step and attempted to change troll female to a frost nymph, no change were made at all... I even attempted twice...

did u save the mpq, added files to the mpq, or placed the .mpq in the right folder?
It has to be in wow/data folder, if u did everything right then it should of worked.

I tried to replace orc male with dire fel orc and I got a big green blocky unrendered dude O.o
