I guess I never posed a question with my last post haha was really tired. I was wondering if you knew what was wrong with it or how to fix my problem I posted on page 15. Thanks
MES doesn't work for me, I reinstallied and become that error:
"Die Datei "c:\Glitchy's Model Editing Suite\DATA\LIST\MainList.txt" konnte nicht gefunden werden."
and before that I've tried to Helmfix my Human Female to Orc Female and it always results in a Error that the File already exist but that can't be Oo
what was the scale you set it to when you made the model? can you send me the obj file so i can take a look at it.
I dont know what would cause this. follow these steps and see if this works.
1. Goto start
2. Run
3. Type in
XP = "%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Glitchy_Inc"
Vista = "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Glitchy_Inc"
4. Delete every thing in there and start up the app
then start up the program.
this is because when you removed it, it never removed the settings file and it got confused. you will need toMES doesn't work for me, I reinstallied and become that error:

[Beta] Model swapper 4.0.1
I've just updated the application to 2.0.0.27 like it says and once I start it up there are no files to pick from which one is to be the work file.
Is it only me or do others have the same problem?
You see that list of files on the left?
Select it and click the "set as work file" button, that should open up the other two buttons.
But my problem is, I do not have that list of files on the left side, it's completely empty.
EDIT: Reinstalled it, ran it and get this error:

I've put link because I seem to be raping the thread with huge screens lol
Anyways as for when this error happened, I had the 2.0.0.24 version before I updated to 2.0.0.27 and this started appearing, it worked before.
Okay, I will bring some things to this topic so if other people got the same problem as mine and it got fixed they know how to handle things.
I'm in the progress of adding a custom model onto wow ingame, but I stumbled upon 2 things:
1) the scale settings
2) the texture
Now about the scale settings, Glitchy said that one vert of mine was like 65 and that most vert should be around 1, so therefore I need to put a scale of 0,0005 in the converter. The problem why the model didn't showed up is indeed because of the scale. I put in scale 0,000000999 and this was result:
Now as you see in wow model viewer the sword is still pretty big and such, but now at least I know that the scale settings is why the model didn't showed up. Now for another problem, the texture. As you can see there's no texture on it, and ingame this is the result:
I am using a OLD blp converter, dunnow if that matters or such, and my old standard settings is 512 x 512 pixels, I see that the model also now contains a .skin file but I dunnow much bout that and thus I don't know if it has something to do with .skin
O well I will update regurlarly, now I am trying to figure out what scale settings I must have in 3DS Max so I don't need to figure out the scale every time I convert with Glitchy converter.
UPDATE 1:
I tried rescaling it in 3DS Max. Unfortunenately it didn't worked out well.
as you can see, the model part I selected is very very very small, like 100000 x smaller as the sword above. The result however is this:
the model still remains very big although I changed the scale settings in 3ds max. And now I noticed another thing, it seems that thanks to the .skin files, it sees the .blp file as a square, so it will place that square as mini dots all over the place, thus ingame it became white. I will test more with this scale settings because now it's bugging me a bit lol.
UPDATE 2:
I managed to get the scale settings now around, though I am not very pleased with my method because every model I made got different sizes so I always need to experiment with the size. Here is a screenshot of how it is now in model viewer:

Here is how I scaled in 3ds max:
And this is the scale settings I used in Glitchy converter
As you can see I used 5 zero's , with a 1 at the end, so the model would be like 10.000 times smaller, that's over 9000!!! ^^
That means that I need to rescale the model in 3ds max with a scale of 1:10.0000 which is practically impossible in 3ds max, so until then there is not really a way to get a good scaling on 3ds max from my side. I'm wondering Glitchy, how big was the model you used in your video? From the looks of it your grid was 100 x 100 and the size wasn't that big at all, and you used 0.0005 as a scale or something which turned out perfectly fine for you. I am wondering if it is possible to make the scale converter the same as used in 3DS max so 3DS max scale with the converter scale would be 1:1 , like the old converter back then.
But what's bugging me now is that the .BLP isn't really good attached to the model, I don't know any solutions to that so I hope you can enlighten me and know how to fix things, thx beforehand.

Do the impossible, see the invisible
Row row, Fight the power.
Tried everything, reinstalling to my C drive or D drive, even reinstalled .NET framework, still can't see any files on the left hand side =/
