    read closely im saying my house and tree both spawn only "The House!" doesnt show in WoW (but Does in Noggit...) Where did you get the idea that there was a problem with spawning the tree and placing it in WMO's??? So simple said: House doesnt show in WoW (and its in the WMO list)

    . *sigh* then you did not read carfully either then , but I will be patient, it says in guide, you must SAVE the ground NEAR the building or if it is on more than 1 ADT you must save BOTH adts before it wil lshow in WoW inside noggit, hope it works. :wave:

    Each "map" consists of several chunks (ADTs). When editing a map, you MUST save EACH ADT that is modified. To help you to know when you edit more than 1 ADT, press F7 while in noggit; this will show you the chunk lines (edges of the ADTs). To save each ADT, just move the camera over each one and press K. Have fun

    Thanks Yama, could not have explained it better my self, well anywaysi H ave finished coding my new tools to help you guys out, I really do not have the time to explain each, but I can tell you that fileinfo creator makes those lines to add custom WMOS and MMDX in for you, and the rest is all just common sense, renamer is a bit tricky though . I am posting the links ON THE main post in this thread, thank you all. Please rep if yo ufind my new tools useful.

    This guide is awsome! +Rep lol! thanks a lot. I have 2 questions, first how can i give this +rep to someone, i dont know if im doing right just showing this green button. Second, do you know any way to get displayid´s of the buildings beside that one with dbctool, looking in gameobject displayinfo.dbc for the id´s of the wmo´s to create gameobjects in mysql with them and spawn them as gameobjects? i´ve got many wmos displayid´s that way but some buildings like the human barracks or the altar of storms of blasted lands displayid´s can´t be found there. The buildings are in the game anyway but their displayid´s can´t be found in this .dbc and i couldn´t found their displayid´s in any other .dbc files. I´ve used mpq editor to find these buildings models and i´ve found them but no displayid´s. Can any of these tools you´ve shown here be used to get these displayid´s? It´s just the number of the .wmo model.
    Just an example if you guys aren´t understanding what im saying: open your mysql, go to your database, tables, then to gameobjects_names. Now just create a gameobject with an unique id so that you don´t get 2 gameobjects with the same id. If you don´t know how to do it, just type the id in the last line of the table in the first columm, then in the second columm the type of the gameobject (it goes from 0 to 24 if im remembering well) type 14 so that your gameobject be a map type. The third columm is the displayid of the gameobject ( this is the most important thing), lets build an orc barracks, so the displayid is 7165, from the fourth columm on let it all be 0, they doesn´t matter for now. Save your changes. Open your server, if you´re a gm (its your server you better be it) spawn the gameobject you´ve just created. (.go spawn gameobject id). You´re supposed to build an orc barracks at your position, just watch out where you are before you spawn the GO so that you build it on a proper terrain.
    Guys if you find a way to get these displayid´s even for those models that isn´t in the gameobject displayinfo.dbc i would be very grateful for the help. Im trying to find then with model viewers like mpq editor, mywarcraftstudio or wowmodelview 0.5 with no luck ( or maybe im too newb to know where to search).
    Oh and if you walk away a little and it disapear, just open your mysql again, go to your database, tables, worldmapinfo. There search for a columm named viewdistance. These are the viewing distances of all maps of azeroth and outland, change them to 800 or maybe a little less, 800 its a good range and don´t even think to put it to 1500 or 2000 or even greater than that or your server will be lagged badly because of the super view distance.

    First of al l, WMO display IDS will probably not even be in there, and second , you have to click + rep below my posts to give me or other people rep depending on who you want , also, try to spawn WMOS ingame with ADT it is WAAAY less lagier then spawning with GO and takes up less space in my opeion

    lol! they are man, ive created many GO´s with these display id´s and i´ve build them everywhere i want to. i even builded a necropolis in shadowmoon valley and an orc barracks in duskwood, human towers everywhere, just for tests. These builds are all gameobjects with the displayid of the wmos of these buildings, i´ve found them all in the gameobject displayinfo.dbc and others in sites around the net. Try following my tutorial above, just create a gameobject with an unique id (first columm in mysql), type 14 (map type, second columm in mysql) and displayid (the third columm im mysql) 7165, open your server and spawn the gameobject, you will see an orc barracks be built in from of you. I´ve also built pirateships, siege towers of hellfire peninsula, human lumber mills, and many other buildings. The only problem here is that not all wmo ids (the id number of these models) can´t be found in the gameobject displayinfo.dbc. Around the net they got some displayid´s that aren´t in this .dbc file but still work. I don´t know where they find these displayid´s and that´s what im looking for. Some say it´s just open mpq editor to extract the wmo files in the mpq files of wow and use modelviewers to see the models and get their id´s. I´ve tried this and i can´t find the displayid of the altar of storms of blasted lands, i can see the model using wowmodelviewer 0.5 but the viewer don´t show any id of the model so i can create a gameobject with it. (Maybe its because i don´t know where to search) I just want a way to get these id´s, they exist, some sites around post them but there are many others that still remain a mistery how they get them. Some are the human barracks, some buildings from outland, altar of storms of blasted land and burning steppes and many others. Some displayid´s i have:

    6637 (naxxramas), 3534 (giant sea turtle), 7552 (pirateship), 7434 (human lumber mill) and many others. Try create gameobjects with them and spawn them in game, you will see what im talking about. Don´t get me wrong im not trying to say this tutorial is useless, im impressed with it. this tutorial a show secure way to get these models im looking for in a direct way and even to shape the terrain, this is very useful! Im just asking for help to find these displayid´s , you guys know more of this stuff than me. Im gonna use this tutorial too for building and shaping terrain.

    Lol, thats exactly what I am saying, you downloaded those WMOS and I have used them dark portal shpd or barracks druid tower SW and NAxx, but the WMO are not ALL in the displyid.dbc bcz thats the ONYL reaosn they have their own file type, also, there is a repack out there where this guy added those custom ids to DBc and gave Ids, but it is not stable, VERy laggy and more than half the building dont even show, they will lose there textures and different data values from transfer , no offense but it is simple not stable and it is to stubborn to work any more than 25 percent for the smaller WMos, .

    Hey everyone I finally got my first town made but when i add the two adt's to the mpq and name it patch-x.MPQ when I start the game and go to the location its not there. I am using MEF
    but I still dont understand why the town isnt in game. thanks

    ok Kovou, sorry I aint been here so long guys, not really into WoW anymore, but for Panicoos sake, you probably did not save the two ADTS properly IN the noggit before packaging, make sure you add WEMOS, see em in Noggit, SAVE THE adt, then package from the world folder in your WoW oflder, not JUST the adts

    Umm well i did everything and loaded it and stuff, but the wmo dosen't show up ingame
    i made the patch a few times, and it still dosn't work!

    what can i leave blank in the txt file and what do i have to type in ? i only want to add wmo's anywhere cuz ill move them with noggit. can someone pls write me a code where i only have to change the wmos? lol and do i have to write WorldwmoHumantwostoryHumantwostory.wmo OR World\wmo\Humantwostory\Humantwostory.wmo ??? btw nice guide ill rep ya
