Hmmm... weird.... the guide was really easy to follow, and I was able to get everything done... used it to replace an ugly hair-colour with a more pretty one... but the ugly one iss till in the character creation and my new one issnt there anywhere...

Do I have to delete the old texture in the common-mpq one after putting the new MPQ-File into the Data folder or why is my new stuff not working at all? ; _ ;

i downloaded the My warcraft stuido and it gives me an error that says "error to create render device please install the graphic card driver providied by its hardware vendor. M%'s driver is poor to openGL

Hey there Lex. I started some skinning, but it's not working right, so hope you're still around to answer a few questions.

I'm trying to make heart/Valentines boxers for my guys. I followed your steps, but when I open the game, this is what it looks like:


Is there something I'm missing? I exported the .blp, converted them to .png, pasted the new image over the .png, re-converted to .blp and loaded the new images (with the same names) into a new .MPQ file.

Oddly enough, if I open the .MPQ file back up, the order of the images is funky:

and I don't seem to know how to reorder them (or why they're funky in the first place).

Any suggestions?
