Change my troll into a blood elf

How can i do this i been looking around and see alot of diffrent methods but which one is teh safest one... as i dont wish to get banned.

Also is there a way to have it only change my character model to a blood elf not all trolls into blood elfs??

Blizzard's main focus is to stop hackers and exploiters. If you don't intend on using skins and models to exploit or hack you shouldn't have to worry about getting banned.

So you will not get banned if you use it wise.
