I know there is supposedly a model edit for this in the "almost every race to race conversion" thread, however the Troll Male to Blood Elf Female file does not work. Much love and +rep to anyone who can make it.

...i made the oposite erlier and found that the botom of the ears looked like a mouth, (if you ever looked at the skin blp) so there might be a litle work around that,
id make the mod for ya, but im only good enough to switch the skin
so youll be stuck w/ the troll sounds emotes and such
pluss id have to send it to ya by email

but if ya want me to go for it let me know
