I really don't like the look of my warlocks S1 gear so could anyone do a edit to change it to T1 T2 or T3. Thank you.

Hello everyone.
I have just signed up to the forum and actually stumbled across this post and was hoping for clarification. Is it possible to modify the appearance of your equipment in an official WOW game? Does this violate Blizzard policies?
Thanks for your help!

1. Read the sticky :P It addresses whether model changed has a potential to get you banned.
Unless you're going around telling everyone you *skin* change in game, it is a low risk behavior, I believe, to *skin* change (Equipment, weapons, race...exc...). It only affects the way you see your character model anyhow. If others could see the changes, it certainly would have the potential to be a bannable offense.
Hope this clears it up.
Changing the model of a landscape in a bg or something like that to effectively "hack" is a different story. This is certainly a bannable offense. Alike the time where you could go to C'Thun in AQ40 from Skeram's room, and skip the other bosses. An entire raiding guild was banned for doing so.
