[Question] How do I separate skins?

Hello, I have been looking for days on all sorts of websites for some really nice druid skins and atlast i found one on this site: Darknest: ~ Fantasy Erotica ~ (this link leads to the offiacial site and i am very sorry that i cant give u a direct link to the post, but u have to be registered to be able to read the post. But when u register, search for Ladypeorth, she is the author of the skin. u can view all her posts and the post is called: Druid Bear (NE) to Panda

The skin changes your Bear form to Panda, cat to Maine Coon and your Aquatic form to a turtle. I really love these skins but i recently stumbled over some other really cool skins for aquatic and cat form and i would like to use those with this bear to panda skin.

The problem: In the skin pack i'm using (bear to panda, etc.) all three skins are in the same .MPQ file, I would like some 1 to tell me how i can change them into 3 separate .MPQ files or if any one could do it for me, it would be much appreciated, because i know verry little about this whole skin, file changing stuff :P.
