Merciless Gladiator's Quickblade -> Warglaive of Azzinoth
Merciless Gladiator's Slicer -> Warglaive of Azzinoth

would greatly appreciate any help.

Check out Glitchy's MES. Use WDB model swap. Really easy to use and a lot simpler than having to edit hex.
