[Request] NE Male to NE Female

Hi peeps, like the title says I'd like to turn my gay NE male to a hawt NE female. I've been muckin about with MyWarcraftStudio before and did replacements of mounts and weapons (for example rank14 tiger to AQ40 mount and stuff) but never managed to turn my NE Male to a female one properly, and now that I'm catching back up on model editting MyWarcraftStudio doesn't work (according to cursed it's no longer being worked on and the last version is out dated).

So yeah would someone be so kind? I never figured out how to edit the face/hair so that my NE actually looked like I'd like her. If it's even possible to edit face/hair properly let me know and I'll post up some screenies.
