Hello again, this is my 2nd request of the day, because im trying to gain insight on a few things,

I would like to have (Vengeful Gladiator's Leather Helm - Items - World of Warcraft) --> (Merciless Gladiator's Leather Helm - Items - World of Warcraft)

Wolfyan made a great conversion for me from the s3 helm -> cursed vision, but cause i have a Orc male -> Undead male conversion it looks pretty bad without a jaw :P

To be honest, its really easier to do all in 1 shot, i just search for the item you have, and the item you want to have in your itemcache, modify the Hex code that tells WoW what display ID it is, and modify the sheath position is needed, its about 2 copy/paste and 3-4 clicks =)

As long as i have the item name properly spelled, its really quick
